ESOL for Medical Purposes online
Course facts:
An online self-study course for non-native medical professionals who wish to improve their communication skills in the field of medicine.
All four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) are practiced through a variety of practical scenarios and activities. In addition, there are grammar and vocabulary sections in each unit.
The course consists of five Units.
Each learner will be allocated a tutor who will provide feedback and support during the course. Method of communication with the tutor is via the learning platform.
Access to the learning platform is available 24 hours a day /7 days a week.

Learners must:
1. have access to a laptop, tablet or desktop computer with fast internet connection in order to complete this course. System requirements: Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
2. be IT literate, i.e. use email, browse and navigate through the learning platform, create, edit and submit files, play audios and videos etc.
3. be 18+ years of age.
4. spend around 4-5 hours/week studying (incl. tests). Note that this is only an estimation, the actual study time will depend on the individual.
5. have achieved B2 level/CEFR and above.
