what is the placement test?
The Placement Test is used to place you on the right course/level, based on your answers.
We teach ESOL at beginner, elementary, intermediate and advanced levels. If you are not sure which course to book, take our free Placement Test.
Course transfers are possible on tutors' recommendation or within three days from enrolment and are free of charge.
CEFR LEVELS and certificates
All our courses are developed in line with the CEFR* specifications.
Upon course completion students are awarded certificates of completion for the relevant level of study. Certificates demonstrate that students have had supervised English language training.
*CEFR Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
As of 5th November 2015, SELT will be used for citizenship and settlement applications, work and study visas. If you wish to prepare for SELT read more here.

who are your tutors?
Tutors support, advise and assess students throughout the courses. Advice is provided via the learning platform and email.
Our tutors are native/fluent speakers with UK teaching qualifications and experience in their field of work. All tutors are degree- qualified and have completed UK teaching qualifications of level 5 or above.
who can study with you?
when can I start my course?
You don't have to wait to a certain date to start your course. Usually, you can start within 48 hours upon receipt of your Enrolment Form and payment.
what if i need extra lessons?
If more lessons are needed, in addition to those included in the course, we offer discounted tuition rates to our students.

what payment options are available?
There are two payment options:
1. Pay in full for your course
2. Pay per unit. Paying per unit allows you to book one unit at the time for £40/£30 (four units in total booked over six months). You do not have to book all four units if you do not want to continue with your course. Pay per unit option is available for Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced courses.
You can withdraw from your course at anytime but no refunds will be authorised.

Tutors can be contacted via TMP | Tutor Messaging Platform. This is a secure messaging platform which allows students to communicate with the tutors. All students have such platform- this is accessed by loggin in and selecting it from the drop-down menu of my account. TMP allows students to send files to the tutor, ask questions and comment.
