FAQwhat is the placement test?
The Placement Test is used to place you on the right course/level, based on your answers. We teach ESOL at beginner, elementary, intermediate and advanced levels. If you are not sure which course to book, take our free Placement Test. Course transfers are possible on tutors' recommendation or within three days from enrolment and are free of charge. CEFR LEVELS and certificates
All our courses are developed in line with the CEFR* specifications. Upon course completion students are awarded certificates of completion for the relevant level of study. Tutors support, advise and assess students throughout the courses. Advice is provided through the learning platform, during live lessons and email. Our tutors are native/fluent speakers with UK teaching qualifications and experience in their field of work. All tutors are degree- qualified and have completed UK teaching qualifications of level 5 or above. who can study with you?
when can I start my course?
Anytime! You don't have to wait to a certain date to start your course. Usually, you can start within 48 hours upon receipt of your Enrolment Form and payment. what if i need extra lessons?
No problem! If more lessons are needed, in addition to those included in the course, click here. If you don't want to enrol on a course but just need a few live lessons, follow this link. how do i submit a group enrolment?
Are you a business, school or institution and wish to make group bookings? Follow this link. what payment options are available?
There are two payment options: 1. Pay in full for your course 2. Pay in four instalments: 4 x £40. You do not have to pay all instalments if you do not want to continue with your course. Pay in instalments option is available for Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate, Upper-intermediate and Advanced courses. You can withdraw from your course at anytime but no refunds will be authorised. update how we contact you

To request a course extension, you must email [email protected] or submit the contact form at least 7 days before your course end date. Course extensions are free and vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on your circumstances. Ways to contact us:
