The Enrolment Process:
All our courses are developed in line with the CEFR* specifications.
Upon course completion students are awarded certificates of completion for the relevant level of study. Certificates demonstrate that students have had supervised English language training.
*CEFR Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
Our courses and equivalent CEFR levels:
Online Beginner course: A1 (Entry level 1)
Online Elementary course: A2 (Entry level 2)
Online Intermediate course: B1 (Entry level 3)
Online Advanced course: B2-C1 (Level 1-2)
Online Business English course: B2-C1 (Level 1-2)
Online ESOL for Medical Purposes: B1-B2 (Entry level 3)
Online ESOL for Hospitality and Catering: B1 (Entry level 3)
Online IELTS preparation course: B2- C1 (Level 1-2)
Online Construction Module: A2 (Entry level 2)
1:1&group tuition via online platform are also available.
Tutors support, advise and assess students throughout the courses. Advice is provided via the learning platform and email.
Our tutors are native/fluent speakers with UK teaching qualifications and experience in their field of work. All tutors are degree- qualified and have completed UK teaching qualifications of level 5 or above.

If more lessons are needed, in addition to those included in the course, we offer discounted tuition rates to our students.

There are two payment options:
1. Pay in full for your course
2. Pay per unit. Paying per unit allows you to book one unit at the time (four units in total booked over six months). You do not have to book all four units if you do not want to continue with your course. Pay per unit option is available for Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced courses.
You can withdraw from your course at anytime but no refunds will be authorised.
