ESOL Statistics

We are pleased to report a steady rise of the number of learners achieving pass scores of 80+%/100% for ESOL Beginner course, followed by 78% Intermediate level and 72% Advanced for the period April 2016- April 2017.
Learners must complete five tutor-marked assessments at each level and achieve at least 60%/100% in order to pass.

ESOL for Medical Purposes: 94%/100% 
ESOL Listening &Speaking: 70%/100%

Factors that may affect the pass scores: lack of motivation, starting at the wrong level (not taken the placement test), lack of available time to complete studies, insufficient IT skills.
